Leadership Consultant, Process Facilitator

David is a leadership consultant and process facilitator specializing in transformative, experiential facilitation. His work has been contracted nationally and internationally since 1997 in Australia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, Germany, New Zealand, Spain and the US. David’s clients include non-profits, social service and healthcare providers, corporate clients, leadership and social change organizations, school districts, and community groups. He has a deep enjoyment in teaching nuanced awareness in communication, conflict, leadership, group dynamics, engagement and creativity. He holds an MA in Process Oriented Facilitation and Conflict Studies from the Process Work Institute, and an M.Ed. in Social Ecology from the University of Western Sydney. www.davidhatfield.ca
