
Giselle Jean Baptiste is a Senior Director in the Digital Services Branch at Public Services and Procurement Canada. In her current role she leads the Next Generation Travel Program which is creating a user-centric business travel service for the Government of Canada. Giselle is passionate about improving the user experience in government services and has over 20 years of experience leading projects and initiatives at various government departments such as Global Affairs Canada, Treasury Board Secretariat and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada. Giselle holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa.
