Taylor Campbell (she/her)

Deputy Director of Data + Digital, Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation

Taylor Campbell (she/her/hers) is the Deputy Director of Data + Digital at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University. There she oversees the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, manages the support of practitioner fellows and student analysts, advises leadership on hiring and strategic direction, and designs programs that contribute to the development of the field of public interest technology.

Taylor is an accomplished speaker, facilitator, and moderator, with a unique voice for making public service accessible to all. She is an advocate for the inclusion of historically-underrepresented people leading in public service, and her career in public service has interfaced with a range of lived experiences worldwide — from federal to local government, from grassroots organizing to national philanthropy, from startup entrepreneurship to executive boards, and from neighborhood volunteering to elected officials.

Prior to her work at the Beeck Center, she has led Tech and Innovation initiatives for both the Office of Presidential Correspondence in the Obama White House and the City of Los Angeles. She is a resourceful and relatable systems thinker who transforms organizational cultures and operations, using creative strategy, digital technology, and data governance. She holds a M.A. in Intercultural Communication from American University and a B.A. in Communication from Howard University, and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
