Tom Dooner is a software engineer dedicated to improving people’s interactions with government and with each other. He is a Software Engineer on the Network Team at Code for America, building tools and technology to bring together the vast Code for America Network of Brigade members, alumni, and civil servants. He got his professional start building tools for organizing and talking politics online, and has since been working at Code for America. In 2017, he completed a Code for America fellowship project with Multnomah County (Portland, OR) to build a more respectful and dignified experience for victims in the justice system. He holds a degree in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University (Cleveland, OH).
